Standard delivery time is around 1-2 business days for parcels. We will show you precise information about the shipping times during the ordering process.

As a rule, all items are in stock. If an item is not available, we will send it to you as soon as it is available. You can see the availability status of an item on the respective product page of the item.

• " In stock ": The item is physically present in the store's warehouse and can be shipped quickly.
• "digitally available" : This is a digital software product that will be sent to you by email. The provision is made very promptly, since no parcel shipping is required for this product. In individual cases, there may be delays due to internal checks.
• " Pre-order " or "Coming soon" : The item is currently not in stock, but will be available again soon. In this case, you can purchase the item and may have to wait a little longer for shipping.
• " Sold out " or "Unavailable" : The item is currently out of stock and it is unclear when it will be available again. In this case you cannot buy the item.
